updated to my review: the items arrived as ordered and very quickly, the communication improved a lot and I was able to call them, the additional charges were refunded and I am happy with the items I purchased. I am not sure how much this is due to the below review, but I had a very good experience in the end and feel that this is a legitimate business and just needs to fix up their IT and responses to bookings/requests for communication.

My card got charged triple for a single purchase. I received no invoice. My bank contacted me to organise a dispute as they believed it was fraud. The official email address is just providing an error message saying it does not exist. 3 days after this issue, I get an email saying my order has been processed. I finally managed to speak to someone and he said he would look into it, but it would take some time. I advised the bank is going to start the dispute in about 8 hours from now and I have screen captured all of the evidence. I requested DHL so there will be a tracking number and I will make sure the DHL person is there to ensure it is not an empty box. The bank have really convinced me this is a known scam, they said the items will never arrive. I wish I had never ordered.
