It is very convenient as usually printing is a hassle to travel back and forth with the printed artworks. But with Gogoprint I'll just have to wait for my parcel to arrive and hand it over to my client with no worries! My parcel is always on time and very reasonable pricing! This will be my 4th time using Gogoprint, it such a great online service!

"Staff are inefficient"

I do share the same experience with a few here who provided feedbacks pertaining to GOGOprint's customer service / account staff. Though their price may be attractive, the company should look into the training of their staff. They are so inefficient and not helpful at all. Wonder what are the job scope of their account staff.??? Guess the company is paying them to chase customers away.

Anyway, I managed to find another printing company which offers better service and price.

"Extremely poor experience with Gogoprint"

Original review submitted on 30 May: Ordered twice from Gogoprint - both were fraught with problems. Both times, just to know the status of my order, I'd have to call their hotline to ask, and each time I'm put through different customer service officers just to get updates. Would have gone with other printers if not for them claiming that they can deliver by your selected delivery date, as long as I submitted the necessary. The last guy who I called was also very rude, in the nonchalent way he talks and responds to my questions. This will be my last time engaging Gogoprint.

Additional/updated review, submitted on 3 May:
Updating my review to clarify what happened, and to further reiterate that I will NOT use Gogoprint anymore.

26 April: I placed my order on 26 April, indicating that I want to receive my order on 2 May.
29 April: Made payment and uploaded the payment slip at about 10am, of which the deadline to submit was 12pm. Gogoprint didn't check or update anything about my order the whole day.
Do note that I received the transaction advice from the bank stating that my payment was made on 29 April 2019.

30 May morning: No update from Gogoprint. Called the hotline, was put to a customer service officer, who said she'll check and call me back. As I'm working, I don't check my phone often and got a missed call. When I called back, I'm put through to another person who has no idea about my order. Had to wait for them to check and call back again. Again, I missed their call. Then I received an email that the delivery is being delayed because I made payment late (which was not true). At this point, I am furious because I did everything stated on their website, by the deadline. Why am I penalized for their own oversight? So I called again. This time, a nonchalant chap picked up the call - when I tried explaining the incident, he would just say "mmm, mmm, yes". It honestly felt like he's not even listening or trying to help. He insisted that they didn't receive the payment on time (even though I've uploaded my transaction slip on time, as per their instructions, and my bank transaction advice stated that payment was made on 29 Apr). He said that the next day (1 May) is a public holiday, and they needed time to produce the stickers. The earliest they could deliver was 3 May.

Honestly, at that point of time I just felt that Gogoprint just doesn't care about making their customers happy, or at least TRY to fulfill customers' requests. We selected a certain delivery date FOR A REASON - BECAUSE IT'S URGENT.

Luckily, I needed my order on 4 May, so when I placed the order, I'd already buffered in for unexpected delays based on my first experience with Gogoprint (FYI they delayed my first order too).

Hence when I placed the order, I selected to receive the order by 2 May. Again, I want to emphasize that the MAIN reason I decided to go with Gogoprint again was because the website promised that I could receive it by the selected date. I've learnt my lesson - it's not true.

Anyway, since they said they can't do anything (tbh, it didn't feel like they tried to help though), and could only deliver on 3 May, and I only needed it on 4 May, I left it at that. 2 May went by.

3 May: It is now 9pm on a Friday evening, and I am still waiting for my order in office. I called Gogoprint at about 6.30pm, but their hotline was already closed. I called the delivery courier (WMG), who thankfully was still operating their hotline. Apparently, Gogoprint had selected a 10am-10pm delivery timing for my order. I am beyond words. I don't blame the courier - they are just working based on instructions. WMG was actually very helpful to try and help expedite my order too. But I am furious with Gogoprint for not checking that mine is an office address, and at least trying to help expedite my delivery.

Hence I will reiterate this - I will NEVER order from Gogoprint again and I will encourage everyone not too as well. If your order has a small value, forget ordering from them - they will probably treat you the same as they treated me. If your order is urgent, even more so - they can't be trusted to deliver or fulfill your request on time, or even try to help you.

In all my experiences with various printers, they are the worst.

Order was sent few days ahead of schedule with more affordable pricing.
Pricing are competitive with other sites like Copy Boy or Kiasu print even though their volume print are more competitive but great for small volume print. (I printed 300 flyers and 200 name cards).
Will definitely recommend Gogoprint.
Having said that it will be better to get confirmation regarding files uploaded were successfully received as there were confusion with order received.
