"Uninterested and inflexible staff"

Staff is rigid and inflexible like automatic robot.

The staff just couldn't be bothered and simply say no, keep on giving reasons why cannot, and then said no again. Not once did they tried to work out a way to help me at the tiny cost of a bit of trouble on their side. I even offer to forgo free delivery, I say I can drive to their office to pick up, yet he just keep on repeating delivery times, delivery date. Hello brother, did you even care to read what I written?

In summary I did not feel welcome as a customer here. Maybe they will be more helpful and attentive to big clients. My 100 pieces order is too small.

It was an amazing experience. Truly, very user friendly order page and very nice and kind staff who did not hesitate to help. They gave advice on designs and even called to check regarding the final design because they had spotted an error in the design. Very good service and i must say its very affordable. Delivery dates are set within 2 to 3 days from your design confirmation. Was very impressed. Have recommended to many and will continue to recommend. The final product was exactly the way i wanted it to be. Paper quality and print quality was excellent.

Customer service team alerts when resolution is not sharp. Allows client to see how end product will turn out before confirming order.

Do NOT use. As mentioned elsewhere, quality AND customer service is lousy. They did not print my simple design properly centered. When I complaint it first of all took more than a week to respond, and then they admitted the print was not centered, but that they used a bleed margin of 3 mm and that it was still within their "tolerance parameter". Which of course is not mentioned anywhere...

Update, Jan 29:
Following my above 1 star review, Gogoprint finally approached me and offered to re-do the name cards, asking that if it would be better to update this review. I was not very interested in a re-print, as the quality of paper and colour was not as I expected and I cannot use this quality to represent my company. They insisted to re-do, which I then agreed upon. The re-print was properly centred. Paper and colour was the same, so I still won't use the name cards. It's clear to me that the company is more interested in me changing this review than to deliver quality service.
Perhaps use the company if your quality expectations of the name cards is mediocre.
