When I got in touch with them they explain everything to you..I've been threw a lot wasn't sure I could talk about it but they were really nice & when they asked me questions they listened to me while I spoke to them. It's upsetting to talk about my illness but I felt I could cope as I knew they were actually listening to me properly & they understand that its hard for me but they didn't rush me which was really good.. I'm glad I was treated so nice by them.
