"Smooth rental"

Smooth rental, as expected. Car was scratched and dented and a bit beat up but it did its job. Yes, I would rent again from these guys.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, went to pick up our car at Bari airport, but they would not accept our card because the numbers were not embossed. No other option was acceptable and we could not contact Orbit for support. Got an email response initially a day later but nothing since.
