Order placed in February 2023 and paid for. Never received it. They do not follow up with their carrier. Since months they say do no not have response, and they do not reimburse me. Do they have claim their carrier? BEWARE they seems to be a scam.
Further to Skinlovers reply, I never received a personal email as they say. Do they just want to look nice on Trustpilot or do they have forgotten? I will let you judge,
