Dear Skinlovers Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company. I placed an order on your website a month ago and after waiting for an extended period, I was informed that the delivery had failed without any prior notifications or refund. Here is the tracking number:

What is even more concerning is the fact that I have been unable to reach your customer service team for assistance. As a customer, I expect a certain level of communication and support in situations like this, which I have not received from Skinlovers.

I would like to request a full refund for my purchase as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of transparency and customer service has left me feeling extremely upset and frustrated.
