"Wrong item received and I have to pay for return shipping?!"
I recently order 2 x "Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream" on your website. When I ordered this product on your website, it was listed as the "Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream" and the photo was of the Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream. However, I received a different item (the Bioderma Defensive Cream) which does not work for my skin.
I understand the company has replaced the Light formula with this new Defensive formula , but they are NOT the same and should not be interchanged for one another without the customer being notified first.
I see you have changed the photo and description of this item on your website since I placed my order. But when I placed the order, you still had the old information on your website. So it is not my error. It is yours. And given this, I believe you should pay for my return shipping, not me. (I was told by customer service that I have to pay for return shipping. And I am not okay with this, as I received a different product from what I ordered.)

I have not received the item I ordered two weeks ago and have not had any shipping updates. Plus I am getting emails from SkinLovers but they are in Spanish which I don’t read! Not a great experience for a first time customer!

ORDER #INT4810 MY SHIPMENT PACKAGE WAS BROKEN OPEN DURING SHIPPING, 6 BOTTLES WERE BROKEN OPEN, I CLEANED THE REST OF THE ORDER AND ADVISED BY E MAIL, I SUPPLIED THEM WITH COPIES FROM THE POST OFFICE AND A PICTURE OF THE BROKEN CONTENTS, THEY WERE TO SHIP THE 6 BOTTLES, AGAIN THE PACKAGE WAS BROKEN OPEN AND REPACKED BY THE POSTOFFICE, I ADVISED THEM AND SUPPLIED THEM WITH THE LETTER FROM THE POST OFFICE, I ONLY RECEIVED 1 BOTTLE NOT 6, I E MAILED THEM TWICE AND NO RESPONSE.
