Very disappointed as I still have not received my product and it has been 3 weeks since I ordered. When I learned how long this was taking & that there is no actual date of arrival for my skin (face) cream, I asked last week in 3 different emails (and saw they were delivered & viewed) to be refunded & to cancel my order, and no one contacted me until today (more than 3 weeks late). Email stated very briefly and coldly there was still no arrival date & that it’s too late to cancel & return. In all of my life I have NEVER had this experience.
I am so very upset & disappointed!
