Cash offer was 25% below market value which isn’t great but ! If you are desperate …..

The sale is almost 2% commission but if it sells quick with no hassle as they say, maybe that’s not so bad.

Timing not right for me but will give them a chance to put their money where their mouth is should I decide to sell.
