"Great Shadow Box Frames"

I ordered several sample backgrounds for the shadow box frames I was interested in. The background selection and frames I ultimately ordered arrived well packed. They were perfect for my framed vintage pennants. The frames look much heavier than they are; I was able to hang on the wall with heavy duty command strips.

Add more packing I received my frame with scratches along the side and the frame was bouncing around on the inside of the box.

Great potential. The product is reasonably well made. However, attention to detail is lacking.
I ordered a couple of shadow boxes. One of them arrived with a backboard that was cut too large; nevertheless, someone attempted to squeeze it into the frame - not only was it warped but also bent heavily in one corner, with an evident crease. The board was also scuffed. It should not hade been shipped out.
