"A company to avoid."
One of my worst online shopping experiences. They marked my order as dispatched but one week later it had still not arrived. Sent two e-mails to them but like many others I received no reply. This would appear to be par for their course according to their Amazon seller feedback reviews. I can accept problems can arise with some online orders but the ignorance they show to many ( now lost ) customers beggars belief. Looking at their Amazon seller feedback reviews and seeing how many others have had the same experience as me I am surprised they have anything to do with this tinpot company. As far as I am concerned if I pay a company for a product that they do not send and my queries go unanswered they are no better than scammers. A company to avoid.

"A terrible company with a terrible…"
A terrible company with a terrible attitude. I refused delivery of smashed coke bottles and sent them back with the delivery driver. After requesting a refund a rude reply was received telling me to claim from the delivery company. They simply ignored further mails and it took Amazon intervention to obtain a refund. Terrible company do not use.

"Don't deliver the right products or don't turn up at all"
I ordered 24 'bottles' of Diet Coke but received 24 'cans' of Diet Coke instead. This is the second time this has happened. In addition, my previous order with Slamtech didn't turn up at all and they still charged my £22 which I'll never get back. I have flagged with Amazon and will be taking legal action against Slam Tech Online if I don't receive an appropriate response from them, as this company doesn't deliver the right products or the products don't turn up at all!

We made the mistake of ordering a box of 5 reams of paper from this awful company via Amazon. They sent us a box of bleach instead. When I emailed to say we had received a box of bleach, they told me that they don't make mistakes, and I had to send a photo to prove it! It is now almost two months since I requested a prepaid label to return the bleach, and still have not received a refund or a prepaid label. I gave them a bad review on Amazon, and they emailed to ask what they could do to improve it, I said send me the label to renter the bleach, and refund our money, but they haven't done either. If you email them, they never get back to you, and I refuse to pay to return an item i did not order. Horrible customer service, horrible service altogether, avoid this company like the plague

This company is a complete joke. DO NOT USE! Like the vast majority of reviews left on here already, I echo their experiences. Wrong order delivered, told I was mistaken/wrong/lying. Photo evidence sent to company. Heard nothing, except for their pathetic 24-48 hours response template. Amazon had to step in, on the third time of contacting them [thought I would give Slam Tech a good fist of getting it right]. Only then did I get a response from Slam Tech, asking why I had had such a bad experience....because, i have not received my order, you took my money, you did not reply to any of my messages, and I had to get Amazon in to refund me!! A JOKE company!!!

Awful service got told my parcel would arrive 3 days later than was expected item still hasn’t arrived no tracking updates no communication to apologise for late delivery no communication for no delivery still waiting to find out what’s happening and not even been offered a refund. This company steals your money

"Expired products and no customer service"
Received in May 2019, items that expired in Feb 2019. Sent a message requesting a refund and received an automated reply saying they would contact within 48 hours resolve the issue. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has been in contact.

"Over 5 weeks late!!"
Terrible, absolutely terrible. We made an order from Slamtech's Amazon Marketplace for two large items. This was on February 28th 2019, the items were due to arrive by March 7th 2019, exactly one week later. Two days later we tried to contact them to find out why the items hadn't arrived, they immediately ignored all our questions and claimed to send a replacement. Two weeks later and still nothing, no original items and no replacement items. So we contacted them again requesting tracking information, hoping that we may at least find out if the items had been shipped, Again, everything was ignored and we were told we will be sent a replacement, but at this point we had enough. We told them this was unacceptable customer service, they finally responded with something different, claiming they would need to raise an issue with our postal service to find out what is happening and that they will need our co-operation, then nothing but silence from them. Suddenly out of no where the original items finally arrive, today, April 13th 2019, 37 Days late. Over 5 Weeks late. We are never shopping with Slamtech again, this was an awful experience, and the worst customer service we have ever had.
