"Bad UI, Bad Service"
Bad UI, bad customer service, poor communication, and overall disorganized. They couldn't even change over to my new credit card correctly and ended up cancelling my account in their confusion. The cancellation caused me to have to find another provider and do a state-mandated audit. Big inconvenience for a payment processing error.
Update - They just charged me a $200 fee. 3 months after erroneously cancelling my account. The cancellation email said they'd be sending over paperwork to fill out and they never did. So now they're charging me a fee for it, which they informed me in an email that they sent at 1am.
Imagine filing a claim with a company this disorganized. They can't even execute billing or account cancellation correctly. Avoid at all costs.

"Policy was canceled for no reason"
Policy was canceled for no reason. Then tried to call and very difficult to reach a person. Seems like error was on Cerity side as policy was reinstated with no explanation. Poor service.
