It was very easy to create my Workers Comp Insurance Certificate. But , I wasn’t able to preview it for print. I spoke with a rep. from the chat box and she immediately confirmed my info and sent it to me via email. Very easy process.

Horrible customer service. I have to request a certificate of insurance ten times even though I sent an example. Every time you call, they say you have to email, and with every email, someone new answers and has no clue what is happening. It took four days to get a certificate of insurance

I have been trying to cancel our policy, #WC73216P2023, but haven't gotten a response from your customer support. Now I am online "chatting" with one of your staff to get more information. It has been over 30 minutes of "I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you," and, "Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment," and "I'll be right with you."
I'm frustrated
We purchased this policy for an event that we are having, only to find out that you don't offer Additional Insured Endorsements, which was the only reason we got the policy.

"Read this before you consider Cerity…."
So I applied online on 3/27. On 3/28, they emailed requesting clarification on my actual classification to determine eligibility. It was determined that we didn’t meet their qualifications based on the corrected classification and were ineligible for coverage. A few days later I get a notice that we had to be audited because our policy got canceled on 4/8. I wrote back saying we got disqualified and were never a client to begin with. They stated we had coverage from 3/28-4/8. How could that be when we were determined ineligible on 3/28? I have the emails to prove it. These people are a pain to deal with and a waste of time. Look elsewhere with better customer service.
So they emailed me back explaining their website qualified me (although with the wrong info) so a policy went into effect and the earliest they could cancel was 4/8 since they are required to give me a 10-day cancellation notice (no sooner). Now I am left with a possible bill owed and an audit for a coverage that should not gave gone through in the first place. Word of advice: call/speak with an actual Cerity representative and DON'T process anything through their website.
