After having a negative experience last time and speaking to the Manager reassuring me it wouldn't happen again. I thought I would give Minar jewellers another chance. They never ceased to amaze me, I found the perfect products, the descriptions on the website were clear and informative. I found the perfect diamond jewellery to add to my collection. They arrived nicely packaged and sealed. The quality of the products are brilliant. Not to mention the after purchase follow up call from the Danika and message from Ashish. It was reassuring to know that despite being sealed I still have the flexibility to contact for any repair or return if there was any issues. So far no problems, but for anything I will definitely contact them in future for any jewellery repairs. The package came on time with tracking provided. The products are of impeccable quality and reasonably priced. They have unique designs and I prefer to shop with Minar and another jewellers online rather than go to Leicester Gold Mile.
