"Great platform let down by lack of development and support"
The platform itself is good, but the lack of support and development is a huge red flag.
There's not been a new update since March of 2023, and the support team seem to take an age to answer emails and pretty much never pick up the phone.
What makes the lack of development even more obvious is that they have a feedback/feature request section, and not a single one of the posts have had so much as a reply in over a year.
It's very disheartening as we were sold on the idea of a UK company with UK support and a company actively making changes and improvements to their product, but we're now looking to migrate to one of the more mainstream CRM systems that have active development and support systems in place

"think twices befor using"
The system is easy to use, txt cost more than other CRM support use to be quite good but last month or so can never get hold of them. and the system been dong down a lot when you paying for 10+ people can work without really annoying. they system is getting better with working with other platform but is still behind others we been thinking of changes to other not sure if it worth the work as we had it for over 4 years now. the main reason for staying is phone support if it does not get better we might as well leave as the main reason we stayed and not wanting to work to move over. but support just ring out these day

staff find the system easy to use they and like the workflows. But the email tends to end up in junk not matter what we do to them.

The system is just going bad to worst taken it down to a 1 stare now never pick up the phone. also, more and more problem is coming in to the system. bulk acution is hit and miss and now my auto e-mail are not working say it our outlook but it you look on there system it shows is as well

The system seems to be working again if it stays up I will be happy and they are putting some up dates it work with zapper and leadbright ok it doing it job

Very happy with FLG CRM, we have used a lot of systems in the past that require a lot of man power to drive. However this CRM is very quick and the automation and bulk processes are simple and easy to use and in my opinion is built to scale quickly.
