FLG is a neat little system that provides the business with a good workflow tool. Like all systems it has its quirks and needs some development to make it more intuitive and flexible. FLG appreciate this and are investing again in the product.

The support team are excellent and know the system inside out. They are quick to respond and clear in their communication.

I rate the CRM system 4.5 out of 5 stars, in relation to the available functions on the CRM.
If a couple more simple suggested functionalities were added to the system, I'd consider this the best CRM out there in the market.

Price is reasonable too.
