I bought my home through Landmark 9 years ago and they were so professional and proactive that I knew that I would use them, should I ever sell it. I reemigrated to Australia quite suddenly earlier this year and needed to sell my home in the UK. Selling your house is stressful at anytime but it takes on whole new dimension when you are on the other side of the world!! Both Andys - Smith and Harris - were fabulous. They sorted tradespeople for me so that my home was in great condition for the sale and they kept me updated every step of the way. Completion was today and I'm just so delighted by how stress free the whole process was for me. I highly recommend using Landmark if you are looking to sell your home.
