"A Disappointing Experience: The Struggles of Poor Customer Service"
I placed an order at the end of July, and while the tracking information indicated that it was delivered, I never received the items. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that the order had indeed been delivered, which prompted me to send a screenshot proving that the delivery address was incorrect. After this, I was informed that they had my items and I should receive a refund.
However, they later claimed they did not have the items and couldn't send them to me. The situation escalated as I was then required to fill out a special form, and now, over a week has passed without any response. To make matters worse, the sale season for other brands has ended, and I'm left without either my items or a refund.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I love their products. I am now seriously considering never ordering from them again. The lack of effective customer service and resolution has been disappointing.

Really disappointed to have to write this... I placed 4 separate orders in July. I emailed to ask if I could combine my returns in 2 parcels (2 returns in each parcel) and they said yes, as long as you include both return slips, that would be fine. I did just that and I followed up with an email to provide tracking numbers for the 2 parcels as well as detailing which order/returns were in each parcel to avoid any confusion. It took such a long time for them to acknowledge receipt of the parcels despite the tracking information showing they had been delivered for some time. 1 parcel (2 returns) were eventually processed just fine, however, the second parcel was a disaster. 1 order/return was processed incorrectly and the other wasn't processed at all. I have emailed countless times, each time they take over a week to respond and then it goes no further. I have had to repeat all the information every time and chase and chase again, essentially just starting the query from scratch with a new representative each week. Not one of them has followed up any further or looked in to anything as promised. It is now 2 months since this parcel was returned and I am no further forward and have zero confidence that they will respond any further. I even sent a long complaint email and they have still done nothing to help resolve or move things forward. I feel utterly robbed and frustrated and I can safely say I have never had such a bad customer experience. I would never shop with them again and I will be putting in a claim with my credit card company. Read the below reviews and do yourself a favour - avoid!

Katastrophe. 3x wurde mir bereits einfach nach Ewiger Wartezeit Sachen storniert, ohne Grund. Kundenservice existiert für Deutschland nicht. Alles nur Schein.

Jeg har haft en sag kørende med Wheat siden 27/7, om at få mine penge retur.
Jeg har endnu ikke modtaget mine penge. Synes det er SÅ udueligt af dem.. de er ikke til at komme i kontakt med. Der går uger imellem hvert svar.
Sidst jeg hørte noget var 10/9, hvor de skriver de vil refundere mig (dog ikke hele beløbet),
Siden da har jeg ikke hørt mere til dem. Hvor er det frusterende!

Jeg ved ikke hvad jeg lige skal mene om Wheat’s kundeservice… Bestilte et sæt med termotøj den 12.9. (formiddag), og da jeg i dag, den 17.9., tjekker jeg mit sporingsnummer hos GLS, hvor der står at de ikke har fået pakken af Wheat endnu, men har fået info om oprettelse af pakkelabel… ej men come on!

"Ich habe 2x bestellt"
Ich habe 2x bestellt. Beim ersten Mal nichts zurückgeschickt- lief alles glatt.
Beim 2. Mal 10 Artikel zurückgeschickt. 2 wurden auch als retourniert erstattet. 8 Artikel aber nicht (über 100€). Kontakt ist sehr schwierig: Telefonnummer ist dänisch. Email gibt es z.T. nicht und man muss sich ganz genau durchlesen an welche Emailadresse jetzt geschrieben werden soll. 3x geschrieben. Außer einer automatischen Antwort, dass sie sich melden, kam nichts.
Ich warte jetzt seit 1 Woche auf eine Antwort bzw. Weiterbearbeitung der Retoure.
Nach meiner Bewertung hier, habe ich noch ein paar Wochen hin und her geschrieben... mit langem Warten zwischen den Mails und letzten Endes mein Geld bekommen.
Da die Sachen wirklich schön und hochwertig sind, bezieht sich die Kritik lediglich auf den Service bei Retoure

"Hvornår kommer min pakke? "
Jeg har lagt en bestilling d. 01.09, men har i dag d. 09.09 stadigvæk ikke modtaget min pakke - den er ikke engang sendt fra Wheat. Jeg skrev d. 04.09 til kundeservice og spurgte ind til leveringen, men har endnu ikke et noget. Virker meget useriøst.

"Order never received, no response, no refund. "
I made an order over a month ago, but it never arrived. I got in touch with the courier company this firm uses to find out that the sender had not filled in documents for the shipping and the parcel was sent back to the sender. Wheat's response to emails is horrendous, after a couple of weeks, I received a response stating that there is nothing they can do and will process a return within 14 days. It has been over a month and more unanswered emails, I have no clothes and no refund. Disgusting treatment of customers. Please avoid this company.

Ich warte seit knapp 4 Wochen auf eine Rückzahlung, die Rücksendung ist nachweislich eingegangen und der Kundenservice weist nur sporadisch mal darauf hin, dass sie alle Retouren prüfen und sich dann melden. Absolute Frechheit! Retourenlabel hatte nicht mal funktioniert, habe dann auf eigene Kosten eines kaufen müssen. Ich war lange super zufriedene Kundin, jetzt werde ich da nie wieder bestellen. Vorsicht!
