In the website it says it ships from Colorado so I agreed to buy my tumbler! I never buy anything that has to go thru customs! I always check the website and see where they ship from first. There website says Colorado! I ordered my tumbler in May expecting to get it by June for a gift by June 9th. June 9th came and my tracking says my item was in CUSTOMS!!!!! They deceived me! It was sent from out of the country! I reached out to them and confronted them and they told me that when I purchased my tumbler I agreed to the shipping terms! But I agreed to the shipping terms on their website that said Colorado!!!! Not China!! She did an argument back and forth with me 3 times in email! Wouldn’t give me a refund for deceiving me! I will never ever order from them and you shouldn’t either!!!

This tumbler is exactly as pictured and very beautiful. It also kept my drink cold all day long. I like my drinks to be very cold and tend not to finish them when they get tepid. So very pleased.
