The tumbler I ordered looked like it had seashells all over it. It's perfect for me since I'm a beach girl and I absolutely love the beach and the ocean. I use it every day at work.

When you order, your confirmation tells you that your order will be processed and shipped within a few days but when I did not receive my order and questioned you, you gave me a much longer time frame so you need to say that on your order confirmations .

I got my tumbler .it was packed good otherwise the usps of woodburn would of badly damaged it because they jammed it hard in my mail box.and I had a hard time pulling it out .and I keep telling them 3 times now if it does not fit in mailbox .put on my porch. I love the tumbler .

Never got my tumbler. They did refund me my money, however. But if you're not able to send people what they've ordered, why stay in business? Ordered kitty tumbler 5/8/24, they finally admitted I was never going to get it and gave me my money back on 6/14/24. Only after I insisted, by the way. Just FYI for other consumers.
