Received my cup Aug. 4th, 2024. It was very well packaged. The graphics & finish are very well done. It's the 'Pooh' one and it is just so cute! The lid fits well & does not leak. HOWEVER, the insulating properties are poor. I live in Calif. and summers are hot but not horrible. My ice melts within 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This is inside the house where ambient temperature is 80°. As soon as I pour something cold into my cup, the transfer of temperature is immediate to the outside of the cup. That's not good. I will not be purchasing anymore of these cups even though they are so cute!

Crocheting is my new passion and as soon as I saw the tumbler I had to have it! This one is bigger then the one I had at home and I love my iced coffee during these hot months!! Needed a bigger one!

I need to return the two mugs I bought. I can't get anyone to answer a phone and the e-Mails do not help at all. I am looking for a return address to ship them back to. Wrong color and dissatisfied with the quality. I have no way to send you photos. I received blue handle when I ordered teal handle. like I said previously It does not have the quality I expected. Please advise me how to return for a full refund! Sorry you find it impossible to let me return items and deny me the refund that is warranted in this situation. you have made this harder than it has to be, why don't you resolve this like Amazon and others?
