The quilt set arrived pretty quickly. It was vacuum sealed so it didn’t take up much space. I noticed when I opened it that the colors did not seem as bold as the photographs at the time I purchased it. The fabric was still very stiff after washing and is not soft at all. The quilt set is not as expected. I am disappointed. Since I laundered it, I can’t return it. Perhaps I can resell or repurpose it.

EDITED TO ADD: After seeing the response from the seller, I reached out about a refund. It was processed within hours of me emailing. Although the product was not as expected, the customer service experience as follow-up exceeded my expectations.

Took over a month to receive the quilt. I seemed super thin and stiff, not soft, and kind of scratchy. It also seemed faded and the colors were not near as intense advertised. I thought I would try running it through a gentle wash to soften it up. After washing it wasn’t any better. One of the pillow shams tore after the one wash too. What a sham. I would not have paid over $100 for this.
