Ordered 2 quilts, one to be sent to Chicago, one to me. Over a month later, the Chicago one arrived with seashell tags on it, but we ordered a Halloween quilt. We contacted Shineful, and they told us to check the quilt, mis-labeling sometimes happens. It was the Halloween quilt. When I asked about the second quilt, the site had no record of it, and Shineful customer service said it would be delivered the 22nd. Two days later, I got an apology email, the quilt is lost, here’s your full refund. Today, I got an alert that the quilt was delivered. I know now where NOT to order from..

"The quilt I order is perfect except the coloring"

The quilt I order is perfect except the coloring is not as brilliant as I had expected !!. Oh well I guess you can't tell how bright it's going to be on a phone photo !!! I will be keeping it as it was probably my fault , just don't expect the vibrant colors!!

Love it and bring it everywhere. It jeeps water cold and fits in car cupholders.

The only reason for 4* is that shipping took too long. I ordered it 3 weeks before i moved but when it was finally ready to ship i had already moved. When i tried to correct address it could not be changed then they also refused to change in route so i had to have a previous landlord track it down and ship to me creating extra shipping charges and inconvenience.
