UPDATED 10/15/24: A quilt was delivered today. I say "a" quilt because the quilt that was delivered was not the quilt I ordered. After all of the hassle to get my order even shipped, I really didn't think my experience could get worse. And yet, here we are. One star, Shineful, and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I'm never ordering from this company again. I ordered a quilt more than a month ago (38 days and counting) and it has still not arrived. I was lied to twice about when it was shipped and spent a huge amount of time over several days going back and forth with them about the status of my order. Their own tracking system is useless. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is that they eventually gave me a full refund. This has been a horrible customer service experience.

Company was quick to respond to corrections in order and easy to work with. The set I ordered for Halloween fit the bed well but was a little dull in color. Expected it to be brighter but was of good quality.

I absolutely love my Halloween quilt. The colors and patterns are just beautiful. They take me back to my childhood. I liked that I received shipping updates constantly. If you are a Halloween fanatic like I am I totally recommend.

I did not receive the correct blanket. The one I got is a different pattern and not one that I want.

Edit: They have corrected the issue, though they didn't send a shipping label so I had to pay for shipping out of pocket, though they refunded me the cost thereof promptly.
