I originally ordered my bedspread in early August. A few day after I placed my order I began looking to see my order status. After a few days I saw my order had been shipped. I didn’t receive any updates or I couldn’t see where my package was moving through the tracking system. Finally I reached out to customer support and met Amelia. She said my order was lost in shipping and said she would refund my money. Within two days I had my money, but I really wanted the bedspread. A couple of weeks passed and I saw that same bedspread. So I crossed my fingers and ordered again. Everything went as amazingly quick. I received my bedspread sooner than the dates given me. The bedspread is BEAUTIFUL and COLORFUL! Better than I expected. I will definitely reorder from them again. The company stands by their promises and went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. I am so happy I took the chance on the second order. But I did, I am thrilled I did!! I have 2 little spoiled kittens that believe this was all done strictly for their benefit. And who knows, it may well have been done strictly for their pleasure

I received my Halloween quit after a bit of a wait, but it was worth it! The colors are beautiful and just as vibrant as advertised. It felt a little stiff at first, but after a gentle wash, it became much softer. I'm really happy with the quality, and it looks great in my bedroom. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Fist of all I ordered a cup that was defective I was promised a refund never happened. Didn’t even get a replacement. Then I needed a replacement too for my other cup paid the shipping and got it today and the top doesn’t fit. I would not recommend this company , customer service is horrible

"No Product and No Refund"
I ordered a quilt and anxiously awaited it's arrival, but now it seems my package has disappeared into thin air. The Post Office states that the address was insufficient and was sent back to Shineful. Amelia has been emailing me the same tracking number and phone number for the post office for a week now. I asked for a refund since I still don't have my quilt, neither does the post office, and she is refusing that also. So I am out $151.85 and I have never even seen the quilt. The name should be Shameful, not Shineful.
