"A warning to anyone looking to buy online from Main Source not to."
Shambolic scammers - still waiting on a refund after 43 days even though their T&C's say to expect a refund within 14 days. Returned a pair of Karhu Fusion trainers to them on the 9th September 22, chased up the refund by email (of which they claim they didn't receive), eventually got through to them by phone, told me refund would be issued the next day, which it wasn't. Opened a PayPal case against them - they are now stating that in order for me to get a refund from them I must close the PayPal case. This should be a warning to anyone looking to buy online from Main Source not to.

"Easily the worst online retailer I have used."
Easily the worst online retailer I have used. Qualified for free next day delivery on my order, took 4 days to arrive. Royal Mail was not used so wasn’t related to the strikes. I let this go as things happen.
Returned my order for a refund and it was delivered back to them on 30th August. Still no sign of a refund processing and no legitimate reason explain why the refund is delayed.
Ended up raising a charge back with my bank to resolve the issue. Very poor and wouldn’t shop with them again.

Absolutely no issues! Ordered an item that was out of stock everywhere on the Wednesday and by Saturday it had arrived and was absolutely perfect. Will definitely use again, cheers guys 😁

"Be very wary when ordering online"
I know a lot of people are ordering online right now with the shops being closed, so I just wanted to share my honest experience with anyone who might be reading this:
Ordered a pair of Karhu Fusion 2.0 trainers from Main Source. When they arrived, they were way way too small (Karhu puts European size 39 as a size UK 5, but the UK size is more accurate, ignore the European size). This was clear to me after approximately 30 seconds, so I put them back in the box and sent them back.
Main Source then got in touch to say that they'd received the trainers but couldn't refund them as they'd been worn. I was really surprised to hear this and called to explain. If I'd had them on for half an hour or so whilst I was trying to decide if I liked them or not, then I would have said fair enough, but this was literally 30 seconds.
After explaining this on the phone, they said they'd get back to me later on that week. After waiting 3 weeks for a reply, I called them to follow up but they still wouldn't refund me. I called the Citizens Advice Bureau to see what I could do in this situation, but since I had no way to prove that the damage hadn't been caused by me, the CAB recommended I ask Main Source for the name of the Alternative Dispute Resolution programme they work with, to try and resolve it that way. Even after waiting 3 weeks, they were unable to provide me with an answer on this either.
In the end, I lost the will to fight further and had the trainers sent to a friend with smaller feet as a gift. After she received them, she said she could see no trace of the supposed damage at all.
My recommendation is this - if you are still brave enough to order online from them after reading this, please document everything very carefully. I see from other reviews that I am not the first to have an issue with online refunds with Main Source. Therefore please photograph the item when you receive it and when you send it back. Best of all, don't order anything you might need to return.

Pretty good, cut off for same day shipping is 3:30pm so beware! No issues, payment went smoothly. Great price and last place I could find the sweater :)

"Awful Customer Service"
I bought a limited edition coat from them, the coat was too small so i emailed about returning it and received an email from them telling me I should sell it on ebay which was not something i wanted to do.
I then tore my calf muscle and was in and out of hospital and unable to move at home. When i finally remembered about sending the coat back i was a week over their returns period, I explained the situation and that I had letters from doctors and hospitals and got no response. They weren't interested, bare in mind this coat was supposed to be so sought after! I even tried their social media and was ignored.
You would have thought being in hospital would be a decent excuse for not being able to return a coat.
