"SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE "

Firstly, on their website, they sometimes advertise lenses which they don't have in stock. This has happened a couple of times. Then, once they receive your money, they then recommend a more pricey alternative. Why repeatedly advertise items that you don't have in stock? In my opinion, this is false advertising.

Secondly, they say that they have live chat function and advertise on their website that they provide 24/7 in
house customer
service and work day and night to cater to their customers. According to my recent experience I can only conclude that these are lies.

I have emailed them several times, sent them WhatsApp messages, called numerous times to ask about my PAID orders and I have received no response from Lens.Me.

I'm still trying to contact them to see if they will be able to send me the items which they have taken the payment for.
This is unbelievably shocking customer service.
I have purchased from them in the past. Their service used to be better before.
However, in the past year or so, their service has become progressively worse.
I'm extremely disappointed by their poor customer service.
