Received my new furniture from Furco and am so happy with it. From order to delivery was a quick and easy process with regular updates. Normally when ordering furniture from most stores it would be 6-8 week wait to receive the goods. With Furco i received my order in just over a week. So impressed with all aspects of this company. Very polite and efficient delivery men too. Would recommend and definitely use this company again.

"The worst company I’ve ever dealt with - AVOID!!"
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Continued lies about delivery dates, they even sent me photos of their van crashed as an excuse for not delivering when they said they would. I cancelled my order because they were so unprofessional - no updates and you have to continually chase them. They have no complaints procedure and their emails are unprofessional and rude. Despite cancelling my order and the apparent ‘free delivery’, they told me I’d missed the delivery (which isn’t true) and have stolen £80 of my refund to cover the delivery charges. The website is misleading and anything it says is false - like ‘if you cancel your order before it is delivered it’s not a problem, just let us know by calling___’ that’s a load of rubbish - it is a problem! I am now taking this company to court to get the £80 back they have stolen from me and have contacted trading standards. AVOID FURCO AT ALL COSTS!
No delivery was confirmed - all I got was a bloke on the phone who said ‘it might be next week’ after I received a crashed van photo. I cancelled before the item was delivered and the only charges your website mentions is if it is a ‘missed’ delivery. I did not miss delivery, because I didn’t agree to a delivery. After being messed around I cancelled the order. The item wasn’t dispatched as you didn’t have a van. An unscrupulous company who are succeeding in one area only - theft. Like I said AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Oh and to add insult to the case and further evidence for my court case, graham and a number of his friends have left 1 star reviews on my google business page (I’m a nail technician, so yeah Graham Bedwood obviously gets his nails done!) LOL! Thanks for the additional evidence mate

"Annoyed as bought this 3 seater sofa…"
Annoyed as bought this 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs was informed delivery 28 sep so my old suite taken to council tip. Phone call revealed 2nd oct delivery.5 days no chairs then when arrived was asked for £30 to assemble I was so upset was not expecting to build up furniture or warned I would need £30 when I complained was told they might still be close by can you get the £30 so upset will wait now till tomorrow to hopefully get help at 71 I could not attempt this.I bought off you ebay site no mention of £30 whoever heard of having to put 3 piece suite together no mention on your advert 28.10 2020 I have had to block this company from calling me then they contacted me through a social media account I am now worried why they do not leave me alone. They are changing their story about what happened trying to have me agree by bullying phone calls
This reply so untrue I was shocked to be asked for money to build up furniture and never asked for it to be done free the men had already left my area when I rang to complain I had not been warned again I will not be bullied to change what I wrote by this company

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Constant lies about when delivery would take place and it took 6 weeks to fulfil my order. I was promised compensation of a minimum of £30 by a staff member who I am not allowed to name on here but the director has refused to speak to me to sort this out. When I said that truthful reviews would be left, I was accused of blackmail. Completely the most unscrupulous people I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. RE REPLY BELOW: this is the first time you have ever mentioned to me or to Snap Finance that the bed was on a 28 Day order so why when all the complaints about your false delivery dates were being made, why was this not mentioned. Just more lies and I stand by every word of my review. You have lied and made pathetic excuses for all the poor service all the way through.my review is the truth however your reply is not as you have simply made up another ridiculous excuse to try and stop my review losing you any business. Don’t forget when I said I would leave a trust pilot review highlighting what a terrible experience shopping with you has been, you accused me of blackmail for you failing to pay me the compensation a member of staff promised

Terrible customer service to the point of being rude and aggressive.
Left my pensioner mother with damaged furniture and endless promises of coming to replace the furniture. 8 times my mother waited in for them to come promised times only for them not to show.
Beware as they change the name of the shop regularly and com people!
