Well the map looks pretty good, there are a few issues with it, hence why we are leaving 4 stars and not 5. Despite that, in the spirit of maintaining a positive outlook, we worked it out with Staff at Pin Adventure Map. The customer service from the team of individuals there is exceptional! They took the time to see what the issue was and they provided various solutions. In a world were nobody is perfect we certainly appreciate their willing spirit to go above and beyond to help us.

"Ordered a map prior to the holidays and…"

Ordered a map prior to the holidays and added expedited shipping in an effort to get it by Christmas. Unfortunately, there were some delays in printing so it wasn't able t be shipped till haver the holidays but when I received it, it was the wrong order all together. While I wasn't happy about it, I really couldn't have asked for better customer service. They took ownership, credited me back expedited shipping and got the correct one to me as soon as they could. In a world that has conditioned me for poor service, I prepared for push back and I got the exact opposite. Thank you very much for turning a poor experience into one that I use as an example at where I work with my teams.
