There was a delay in service and shipping processing. I ordered the same colors in a U.S. map as a previous order for a world map, and yet it looks different. The U.S. map is also a bit difficult to push the pins in.

"Not specifically the Sellers fault-BUT **Updated**"

Not specifically the Sellers fault, but I had no idea this item shipped from overseas. This was ordered over a month ago. DHL just notified me that the shipment was damaged. I will probably now not have a Christmas gift and lose money on this transaction. Not quick or apparently safe shipping.

*** UPDATE*** This was completely DHL's fault. I contacted Pin Adventure after I heard from DHL and they promptly offered to replace or refund my order. I received a refund in 24hrs. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Great packaging and the map looks beautiful. Very professional looking. The pins have a very solid hold in the backing. Customer service was also very good. Wish it came with more pin colors.

The custom proofs I received via email were fast & accurate, and the product shipped quickly - even arriving early. I highly recommend these maps for a cool conversation piece and/or a gift.
