Initially, I was on an ipad and there was no obvious checkout process. The UI is sleek, but I couldn't understand if I was supposed to pay first and then upload, or what.
Your technique for raising error messages if often unhelpful. For example, my credit card entry process got 3 errors that were something like "try later or call 800xxx" but in reality, I hadn't specified my cvv, then the postal code, then the country or something. The messages could be more helpful.
