"Awful"

I am rating this with one star but they don’t even deserve it. Ordered a large letterbox bouquet and a tiny box of dead and broken flowers were delivered. I am beyond disappointment by this company, I could’ve buyed a very nice Waitrose bouquet for a quarter of the price I payed for some dead flowers from this company. Never ever I would buy from this company again.

"Very reliable"

Two recent orders. Flowers were fresh and very well packed. Actually the flowers lasted longer than any oi the several other bunches we received from other suppliers. Excellent.

"Really disappointing flowers"

Really disappointing flowers. I live abroad and so opted to use an online flower delivery service to send flowers to my mom for mother's day. I video called my mom on the day and she showed me the flowers and tried to show she was happy but I was shocked and asked her to send me pics. The pics look like something I could of picked up from the petrol station. I won't be using bunches in the future and will try another online service instead.
