Quick to install even though it was difficult for the team as I have a six meter concrete hard standing they had to overcome. Hardware inside installed where I wanted it. Only hiccup was had to reboot software from box to router as not working.

Wightfibre made everything easy from start to finish. Polite and helpful on the phone and the installation team explained equipment and routing wiring clearly and did a neat job. Cheaper than previous provider, but WiFi doesn't quite reach as far as it did before, ie. into the garden.

From initial sign up to having service Installed by Joe who was Super helpful and friendly we have received nothing but a great service. We signed for the 900 package which does everything it says at a great monthly price. After moving from the mainland which is flooded with broadband providers offering similar services, Wight Fibre is miles ahead in all aspects of their service.
