Quick and easy installation and so far, very reliable. I wasn't happy about having to give up two plug sockets, but so far the service makes up for it. Not only does it have minimal dropouts that only last for seconds at a time so don't really effect anything, but it is much faster and efficient to what I've been used to previously. At the moment the price is good, but if it raises significantly I may have to drop a star on future ratings.

However if I had known I would have had to have my wall drilled through to outside and lots of wiring to hide as well as few
places to have the system wired in I would not have gone ahead.

Engineers did a good job of rigging a new connection between three poles over difficult ground. They tidied after fitting the router box inside the house. Router works fine. WightFibre staff always polite and respectful. Good job.
