I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. I think I am going to like the car (Citroen C3 Picasso) better than any of the many cars I have previously owned. I was put under no pressure to buy, but strongly encouraged to check out the car for myself by inspection and test driving (I walk away from high-pressure salesmen!), and the part exchange deal which I received was generous.
