We purchased our hot tub in April during lockdown through phone calls and emails the sales advisor was 100% helpful from start to finish and very patient with us as it was hard to decide what to purchase without seeing it, it took 13 weeks to arrive from Las Vegas, the wait was so worth it and the choice, we have used it every single day, 5***** to all staff, I would highly recommend Artesian Spas UK to anyone

"Poor product and aftercare"
Bought a hot tub 2.5 years ago , thought I would buy from a respectable company so I would recieve a quality product with quality customer service .. I was wrong !! The warranty is one sided !! Last year the hot tub kept fusing out which then cut electricity to the main house ( not great when your house alarm goes off at 3.00am !) however although the part was in warranty the call out cost still stood . Recently the lights on the hot tub have stopped working... talked to the dealership in doncaster and yes it’s out of warranty and yes £90 call out plus the parts req !!! ( the service guy I talked to in the shop was very helpful and polite but his manager stated out of warranty!!). Imagine buying a new car for £7-8k ( actually can buy a new at for that price !) and after a couple of years the lights stop working... pretty sure the car company or dealership would fix it without charge !!!. My advice is ...I choose this company because I thought the product and service would be better ... now I would probably go see the cheaper companies as if the same problems occur at least your still in credit and don’t assume that because you pay more you get more !!!... very disappointed with both the product and the aftercare ..
*****following on from Artisans reply ... firstly not even sure it is a light bulb that has failed could be a fuse or fuse board etc which should last over 2.5 years ... anyway at least potential customers can make their own mind up regarding your commitment to great customer service .. ie out of a poor warranty.. out of mind

"One year on - some warranty issues"
Bought a spa a year ago. It’s great, and I use it every night. However, the chrome direction dials went a bit rusty - the dealers immediate reaction was to accuse me of using too much chlorine and they said I haven’t been opening the lid every day. I argued and eventually the fitter came and replaced them with black plastic ones..... common fault. Then the headrests started to blister - the dealers immediate reaction was to accuse me of using too much chlorine and they said I haven’t been opening the lid every day. I contacted Artesian in the UK, their immediate reaction was the same. So, I have taken the headrests out and am leaving them out. They are not that comfortable anyway. Apart from that, I love the spa and it helps me with my arthritis, but the after sales is a bit like buying a certain type of car, you’ll seemingly struggle to get anything replaced under warranty and the first port of call is to blame you and the way you have operated it.

It took us a while to select the right spa as our son has complex needs , everyone was knowledgeable & patient while we made our choice, it didn’t matter how many times we asked or measured the tubs all our questions were answered
Fitters were excellent too, no mess very friendly & nothing too much trouble shows us how to use our spa & how to use the chemicals correctly, after support was good too

From entering the showroom to installation at our home the service knowledge and expertise of all the people was exceptional. We would highly recommend artesian spa to anyone as we they would have a great experience. Delivery and installation on time with an amazing service on site. "Aftercare support is key"
I have always wanted a hot tub and continually talked myself out of it. I’ve done a lot of research and on this occasion instead of just looking we actually talked to Carl at Brigg Garden Centre. The thing I loved was the lack of hard sell. He answered every question and literally gave me no reason not to buy..... so we did! Eventually delivery day arrived and my husband kept me posted with regular updates because I was at work. This meant I missed out on the install information but no worries both Tim and Carl have continued to look after us well with all the silly questions like when should a use non chlorine shock versus one shock! For me the aftercare is probably the most important part and I am not disappointed.
