From initial order to delivery, artisan spas have been excellent. The handover information whilst a little daunting was great, and advice is available at the end of the phone when we needed it.
The hot tub is brilliant everyone has been in it even the doubters.
Would recommend to anyone who was looking for a hot tub.

"Nowadays you don't get married without…"

Nowadays you don't get married without trying them out first so why shouldn't we try the hydrotherapy tub first after all you can get married for less than the price of a tub.
We were met by a lovely sales lady at Artesian, Doncaster. eight o'clock one morning for privacy. We looked at several and spent half an hour testing two. Fabulous service, so helpful at the point of sale and afterwards. The fitting staff were great, assisted by my erection of the decking and electricity. We are both highly delighted with our tub (twice a day) forget the pills just get a HYDROTHERAPY TUB ! Jeff & Blue.

"Anniversary present"

We chose Artesian spas after looking around various other spa dealers, in Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and County Durham. After all the travelling around we came back to Artesian spa ( the second one we originally looked at ). Beth was very helpful, explaining the different types and asking us what space we had and our budget options. As my husband and I already had read reviews and looked at specifics on the web we had some knowledge. When fitting day came the delivery men we helpful and informative. All said do not hesitate to contact us if we had any concerns. Our only problem was it was the wrong colour lid but that is been rectified as soon as a replacement is available. All in all very happy with our spa.
