As a customer of Optimas components for over 30 years I was particularly appalled at being told that we no longer qualified for a trade account and had to purchase via your website. What sort of way is that to treat loyal customers?

4 stars because everything i asked for was answered quickly. Not 5 stars because i have to wait 3 days for a quote.

EDIT. Changed to 5 stars because the company contacted me straight away with the quotation and have been extremely helpful. You can tell that they are prioritising their customers and look after you as much as they can.
