"Ordered a John Deere tractor for my…"

Ordered a John Deere tractor for my grandson in November it was delivered faulty, the lights and sound didn’t stay on as described just flashed on and straight off. I complained via email half a dozen times and left a phone message. Only replies are automated “we’ll be in touch within two working days” and no response from the telephone message. I’ve actually given up, now trying to get my money back through my credit card company. This company isn’t interested about complaints they just ignore you.
