I purchased an item for my sons Christmas and unfortunately there was an issue with the product.

I alerted them to this and was responded to promptly with a solution. I fully appreciate that Farm Toys Online are not the manufacture of the product, so they can't be blamed for its issue and its all about the way the retailer handles the complaint that is most important to the customer. In this instance they deserve the 5* for that alone. I will be buying from them again, as the way they treated my custom was second to none.

Absolutely amazing company. I have ordered from them at least 5 times now - never any problems with anything! One time their website was having problems processing the payment, called them and without any hassle they took my quite large order by phone. I’m very impressed with this store and will buy from them in the future! 100% recommend.

We ordered a Siku tractor and trailer which was poorly designed; all metal but a plastic support for the loader on the front of the tractor, which was broken on delivery. Richard at farmtoysonline was most helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately, (a different model) which we are very satisfied with. More importantly, we were not out of pocket in any way.

"Stellar customer service"

I bought a pretty expensive remote control tractor for my son which broke after 6 months - obviously not FTO's fault but after I emailed them about it they simply sent me a new one with no questions or the old one sent in for checking. Cannot fault their returns policy and general customer care, well done Farm Toys Online.
