"Very bad experience, and no paying..."
Unfortunate experience with this company.
I chose the challenge in two phases of 10k.
To begin with, the desktop did not work nor did it show the statistics of my trading activity. They told me they would fix it but they never did.
In the second phase the same thing, no statistics, no synchronized desktop or anything, I had to guess if I was doing well in the challenge and if I had failed or not. A disaster.
But the good part comes when I get to the real account after asking a thousand times to be able to access it because I had overcome the challenge.
The Bagley is suddenly activated, which is the system they have to show statistics. With $1840 profit and a withdrawal requested, accepted, and deducted from my account balance, 6 days later they won't let me log in with my MT5 ID.
I talk to a manager and he tells me that I have exceeded the maximum drawdown, but oh surprise! I look at my desktop and it shows that everything is ok and that I have not passed the drawdown! But the manager tells me that my account is cancelled, and that the withdrawal that I had pending for 6 days is cancelled! Incredible, I couldn't believe it.
His word against my screenshots showing that on my desktop I had not violated any rules. And with my withdrawal without paying. I will choose another anchoring company next time without a doubt.
Just compare the reviews of this company with others like myforexfunds or funded next. There is no comparison.
This company makes money from trader failures, not from their profits.
So far the experience has been very bad. If I recover my earnings and my account, and the experience improves, I will change the number of stars. But for now this is my experience.

"Painful but worth it"
I was sceptical at first when buying an account with Traderseco as they offer one the cheapest challenges in the market. But I decided to take the risk despite seeing some negative reviews online.
This is my experience with TradersEco
Obtaining an account - the process to obtain a challenge account was not smooth at all, I didn't receive any emails once purchasing my account, so I had no idea if I had an account or not. After doing some digging around after clicking on countless dead links on the main website I found the portal to sign into which there had my login details for Metatrader. As I moved onto moving into each phase of the challenge I still did not receive confirmations on passing phases.
Customer Portal/Dashboard - during my trading this was going through several revamps and I believe changed url at one point which was not communicated. The dashboard seemed to be hit and miss with updating my stats to the point where it stopped completely and was not updating. During my Phase two I did not get any updates from the dashboard so it made it more difficult to know how much equity I had left to work with. Luckily I was able to get manual links to an updated dashboard by contacting support.
Customer support - I must say customer support has been non existent except for the online live chat on the main website, I found that my messages and emails were ending up in a void, this was highly frustrating but thankfully I managed to get my answers from the live support when ever they were online. I found that I had to reach out to the same chat conversation to get a response other wise I would hear nothing back. Thanks to Oliver from support and Muhammed in helping out on all my queries. They have a Telegram group for support but its muted so used only to give out updates.
Withdraw process - I was not aware but you can only withdraw amounts over $2500 through bank transfer so you will need a crypto wallet for withdrawals under this amount. With a low lot size of 0.5 this makes it difficult to obtain such profits. I managed to get a little profit of under $100 using my live account which I thought I would use to withdraw and obtain my refund. Unfortunately for me the withdraw process was quite painful the websites states a specific time and date in which you can withdraw which did not work for me on the first time I tried, I assumed I missed the deadline so tried again on the next payout date during the requested time period but it still failed. This turned out to be some kind of bug as I was within the timeframe requested but it was still telling me I can only withdraw on the time frame stated.
From speaking to the live team they were able to process my payout and refund which I did receive after a few days.
In all there are many improvements that TradersEco can make to help make his whole process a lot more smoother such as a reliable update system and email updates and responses.
But the fact that they are able to offer a competitive challenge account at such a cheap cost makes this slightly less painful.
I would like to see lot sizes increase and better communication lines. But thanks TraderEco for my initial pay-out I hope to receive many more

"Company is nearly impossible to reach…"
Company is nearly impossible to reach have been trying to withdraw my money for 2 months and nothing to show for it. In the mean time my account has sat stagnate since it needs to be inactive to withdraw in the first place. I am filing complaints with Paypal, BBB, and Consumer Agency of Canada. I advise others to do so as well as this is ridiculous.

Not able to withdraw from 2k instant account. The customer support promised will process my withdrawal order within 24 hours, but it has been 2 days still no respond. Even i reach out to the customer support, but when i ask for this issue, the customer support automatically no response.
Update on 1st feb, i successfully withdraw at second period (28th). I would like to thanks all customer support for giving a help. The withdrawal is received. But u need to keep update with customer support. I will continue to use them and going to challenge the 50k verification.

They took my account. I was funded trader for months.
And then I didnt trade for some time. I didnt trade for 2 months and they took my account for "inactive". LOL

It has been a good journey for me trading with this firm. I have had very less issues and my payouts have been processed without stress.
I'd like to say, if you respect their rules. You will be the rules. Everything will be good.

My friend on telegram referred me to this firm and I am happy for the price. It's very affordable for me.

They paid wrong crypto to the address that filled correctly without confirming
In the website they have 4 different method of payment and you need to fill in all: Bitcoin, USDC/T - ERC20 (with USDC logo), USDT - TRC20 (with USDT logo), Bank transfer
So I filled in accordingly the necessary details. For clarification, I filled in USDC address for USDC/T - ERC20 since the logo is using USDC.
I requested withdrawal on 14th Dec. Waited 3 weeks, No email confirmation or notification. When I checked with the support, they said the funds is transferred. But they send USDT to USDC address. They said it should be reflected, but in reality it is not reflected.
Now i need to contact my exchange hoping to recover the funds. Although I read it is possible, but there is no guarantee and I need to wait some more. This is almost the same as not paying me. (maybe i'll update the stars to 2 if the withdrawal is recoverable)
Clearly they have no idea about this thing called customer experience.
-There are 4 ways of payment, but they choose the 1 that has the possibility of mistake happening.
-There is no way to indicate your preferred method of payment between USDC or USDT (even if there is, it's not in plain sight)
-They don't bother to send email confirmation that the withdrawal is successful
-Why they indicate USDC/T - ERC20 in one of the option if they are paying in USDT? Why not just USDT - ERC20?

Manage to recover the funds. But still the service experience is sub par if you compare with other prop firm. Hopefully they improve this and i'll be happy to give better review
