Refinancing, loans of any kind really stress me out, ELFI (and Credible) made this whole process really easy.

First off, lowest rates I could easily find. Huge win right there. Website and application process is pretty straight forward. I did have some questions and when I called the service number, spoke with an American speaking person immediately which was fantastic, she got me all sorted out. Once the loan application process moved forward, I was assigned a loan advisor (Stan!!) who reached out and helped me through the remaining steps and with any questions I had.

This process was so easy and quick I was amazed! My student loan advisor Kait reached out to me the next morning after I applied and explained the next steps and a timeline/what to expect. I had variable rate loans that were just getting unmanageably high and needed a fixed rate. The best part is that it only extended my original payment length by one more year.
