Same as the other reviews, ordered beds was told it would be 12 weeks, it’s now week 19 and no sign of beds. Customer service is awful, I have explained my kids have been sleeping on floor for 8 weeks but they fob me off and say the office will call this week with delivery date. Call never comes, no one answers phones. I’ve told owners my son is special needs and he has a meltdown every night. I’ve asked for a refund. Legal advice is next stage I suppose. Not sure what to do, I paid in full when I ordered. Absolutely gutted and so are the kids. Please don’t order from this company.

"Avoid at all costs... worst customer service ever!!!"
We ordered a lovely looking bunk bed from Anderson's Themes and Dreams in the middle of November and were told that we would hear from them after 11 weeks to arrange installation for the following week. We waited 13 weeks before chasing and it took a further 3 weeks to get a firm date from them. During these 3 weeks my wife spent hours chasing on the phone or via email. Nobody she spoke to ever seemed to know what was going on and constantly promised to call her back. These promises were never fulfilled.
The bed was finally installed in mid-March, however, the bottom bunk that was installed was the wrong size (4 foot 6 instead of 4 foot) meaning that the mattress we'd purchased did not fit. Additionally the shelving unit that was meant to form part of the bed was not put on the van meaning that we were left with a void at the back of the bed. Very disappointing after 4 months of waiting!
Anderson's promised to come back to replace the bunk with the one we had ordered and to fit the missing shelving unit. Week after week since that promise we had to chase them in an attempt to get the situation resolved. Time after time promises of call back have not materialised and numerous arranged appointments have not be kept.
The entire story would be too long to post here but we are still without the bed we ordered. We are now in the process of contacting Watchdog about the situation and will be taking advice to see how a full refund can be obtained.
I'd strongly recommend that you avoid Anderson's completely to save yourselves the pain!

"I ordered a bed in mid December and…"
I ordered a bed in mid December and just received it on May 17th. I was told that it would be delivered in 12 weeks but in fact it took 27 weeks and an awful lot of emails and phone calls (many of which went unanswered). The customer service is non-existent. I would encourage people to stay away from this company unless you are happy to wait over 6 months for the bads and have your children ask you every day "when is our bed arriving?"

I ordered a playhouse bed on January 27th and paid in full (£970). Recieved an invoice for my payment then heard nothing. After a few weeks (February) I emailed Fraser Anderson who told me to contact the office for an update. The office said someone will be in touch shortly with an update.... nothing.... emails, calls.... all ignored.. ..
It is now 16th may.... and still no bed.... no contact (17 weeks from order and payment in full). I had luckily paid by paypal and put in a dispute claim in against the so should get my money back soon.... but that's besides the point. I have a 5 year old that was looking forward to a new 'dream' bed...
AVOID THIS COMPANY...... their customer service is non existent.... check out the Google reviews.... hundreds of us can't be wrong.....
Andersons themes and dreams you should be ashamed of yourselves... your a disgrace
