Had windows, doors, guttering, soffits, fascia and dry verge done.
Windows and doors were good quality and well fitted. The interior was left tidy and sealed in well. The dry verge was awful and had to have most of it redone. I didn’t receive a FENSA certificate and house has now sold. Called company today to sort and they have ceased to trade.

Having previously used DNA for upstairs windows replacement,they were the first place I went to for a new front door.The whole process was easy from first enquiry through ordering,measuring and fitting. I can certainly recommend DNA Home Improvements and will definitely be using them again.

"Very disappointed at poor response"
DNA fitted windows and a French door for me 2 months ago to a poor and incomplete standard. This was after a protracted and painful order process where communication was poor and errors were made with the order itself causing a long delay.
Following the poor installation, the sales manager, senior fitter, another fitter and even the MD of the business have been out to review my complaints and the faults. All of them agreed that my concerns/complaints were justified and that remedial action would be taken. It is now over 2 months since the job was originally installed and over 3 weeks since the MD's visit and despite chasing on 3 occasions for an update I am still waiting for confirmation of what DNA are going to do to put the situation right and when.
I don't normally leave negative reviews as I strongly believe in giving people the opportunity to put things right but this is ridiculous.
DNA please response to my emails and help me understand when I can expect a solution to all of the issues raised!!! Your current approach is NOT acceptable.
