I’m writing this review based on my overall experience with Instant Tax Solutions.  They’ve been wonderful to work with, providing responsive and personalized service, with what I feel are reasonable rates. 
Since this was the first time we’d ever engaged with a company such as Instant Tax Solutions I wasn’t sure what to expect.  Rick (our Account Manager) took me through the process, fact finding with me in order to establish a game plan.  The culmination of which was Instant Tax Solutions representing us, acting as a trusted advisor that we can count on and negotiating the best possible settlement on our behalf. 
One of the services provided by Instant Tax are CPA services to assist in completing any tax returns that have yet to be filed. I’m very appreciative of Rick working with me to get the required information together and into them.  I’d also like to acknowledge Eric for his responsiveness, always being available to assist if Rick is not.
All in all I’ve felt very valued as a customer and pleased that we chose Instant Tax to assist us!  If you’re in a similar situation, it would be worth your time to have a discussion with them.

I have just completed my settlement case with Instant Tax Solutions. There have been several people working on my case and they all have done a great job. However, my primary point of contact has been Rebekah Eaton. I can not say enough, how pleased I am to have Rebekah Eaton working on my case. Throughout every step of the process, she has been on the ball with expert help and advise. I would also like to point out that much of the help and advise I received from Rebekah was above and beyond the exact parameters of what I Hired Instant Tax Solutions to do. Did my due diligence, checked BBB, 3rd party review sites, Whois domain lookup, reverse phone search and then decided to reach out.

Just got off the phone with them. They listened to my exact situation, which was recently filed old taxes, and accrued penalties, which are more then the debt itself, up to date filings on all years, currently in a payment plan with the IRS., and the ability to repay. He asked all relevant information, my monthly payments (which are HIGH), etc.

Then the best part! He told me exactly what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear... Which is that, I was already in the best situation that I could be in all things considered, and that he could not guarantee the savings for my account would be greater than the cost of the services, and did not want to throw away my time or money, or make any promises he couldn’t keep. Also, was kind enough to give a recommendation on directly checking with the IRS for a solution later. (based on another IRS program).

Seriously... in this era, who has that type of integrity?

I am beyond impressed.

Also, I did bring up that the number seen on the flyer I received, the BBB and Website were different 888's. Turns out they are a nationwide company with many different regional campaigns. Makes perfect sense to me. (Also, you do not have to ask the customer how they heard about you, if you have a number per media type or region, Good professional business choice).
