Tried contacting them to ask an eta of dispatch but was met younan email saying they are making the item as we speak they said.
I paid for fast tracked delivery aswell 3/5 days delivery.

My first purchase was excellent and the product met and exceeded expectation.
My attempt at a second purchase was on back order and had to go through another supplier, but still very happy when it was received and worked in conjunction with the first purchase.
The assistance however left a little to be desired. The initial attempts to contact was not successful until an account was created. After that, contact was a lot easier the staff was pretty friendly and eager to make an experience better within their control.

Upgrading my previous 4 star rating as everything has been quickly replaced where necessary. As is, I'm able to hit 1 Th with this setup. It would probably run faster, but I'm powering the PI on the hub as well so free amps are low.
