21/02: I have been asked to wait for 2-3 weeks due to backorder.

20/02: No change in the status despite its been over 2 weeks now that they have faulty miner. CEO is involved for "ASAP" delivery. (15/02) I am still waiting for my pending backorder. Its been a month for entire order, and still not utilising any benefit out of bitcoin. YT influencers keep deleting my comments.

15/02: I have to chase them even after sending the miner. Tired of hearing it is handled personally and shipping would be by tomorrow.

10/02: Miner is resent for replacement and looking for ETA to get the replaced one along with other item. p.s. this is returned from different country far south, so delay in updates are expected, your exp may differ.

06/02: they have agreed to ship the replacement and I have send them broken. Finally!

03/02: Terrible Support. Closed without any resolution with no updates.

Its all lie - I order USB miner and usb hub gekko from Bitcoin merch using SebsFinTech discount code. I received and solo miner has stopped working as their power supply adapter was broken. I used mine to start mining, with no Hashing Rate, I reached their f support, they close my ticket without resolving and my entire solo miner is off with no display.
