"They lied No Product"

Do NOT order from them. They lied. I placed an order two weeks ago with priority shipping, expecting delivery in two days. It never arrived. I reached out to customer service via email, but no one responded. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, and chat support informed me that my shipment would arrive in two weeks (by which time a month would have passed). Their reason; due to high demand for the product.

What do orders placed after mine have to do with my order? I paid for priority shipping while the item was in stock, so I should have received it in two days, or three days at most. Instead, they took my money without communicating any supply or warehouse issues. To make matters worse, they expect me to wait without explaining how high demand affects someone who ordered while the product was in stock.

The chat support agent dismissed me, saying they’re limited in what they can do and that Bitcoin Merch would contact me within a few hours. No one ever contacted me. This has been a horrible experience, with no effective customer service or attempt to resolve the issue.

First time buying something like this. Benn wanting to try crypto mining and honestly this was easy to set up. Setting up a wallet and linking it was the hardest.. I will be buying more NERDS and possibly a MARs .

Speedy delivery with UPS. I bought the Butterfly labs 30gh/s arrived in about 7 days to the UK. Very happy and pleased with their service. Free stickers, USB fan and a copper bitcoin. Thank you so much. I may be back, ya never know. =)

"Bitcoin Merch didn't have my order, but…"

Bitcoin Merch didn't have my order at first. They found this out and went above and beyond to get my order and make it correct. They first off sent my shipping cost right back to me because I overnighted the package and it obviously wasn't available. Which this was shocking at first. Then they chased down my order to get the devices for me as quick as possible. Then they even made sure to get them to me in the same shipping time I ordered and they refunded which blew me away. They truly are great providers of Bitcoin mining rigs and can't thank them enough. Thank you #BitcoinMerch for getting me my first rigs even though it was a strain on them. They made sure to get me those rigs to me so I could begin my mining journey.
