I would say I’m beyond impressed with how quick of a response i get and from what seems to be a real person. I’m new to mining and had a few issues with my nerdminer 2. They gave me proper instructions and tips on troubleshooting to fix the issue. Now hopefully I can hit a block!!! Thank you again.

Paid close to $300 for a miner for it to complete die on the first day of setting it up. Company now want me to pay more then £150 to send from the uk back to them before they will do anything about worse’s company have ever felt with would completely avoid and bye else were the after sales team and live chat is no help what so ever just send you links to YouTube vids of people who actually know what they doing DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

My Bitaxe Gamma has had a fun cruise and has arrived here in Australia. I've been playing with the settings and at the moment I am able to get it to overheat fairly well. I'm sure with a bit of trial, error and swearing I'll get an output that I will think is optimal.

It's a great looking product, appears robust and we'll have some fun together.

email support is utterly useless

I have requested a full refund as I was mis-sold they lied said it would and now it won’t even the box says ready to mine clearly it is not. I can buy the power pack on Amazon for £50…

but to date I’m ignored. They simply are unable to answer my emails

Please think twice do not trust them!!!

"Ordered the Bitaxe Gamma on Black…"

Ordered the Bitaxe Gamma on Black Friday. I noticed that I didn't get a shipping notice. Followed up that following Monday and was told that the Bitaxe will be shipped out within a week. Week goes by and no shipment notice. Used their chat today (12/9/2024) and was told that it will be two weeks before it would be shipped out and I would receive it before Christmas. I asked why so long as the website had no indication of shipping issues. Was told that they had some shipping issues and that it would take two weeks.

Several hours later I checked their website and it now days 3-4 weeks shipping time due to backlog. At least they updated their website now. But since it looks like it won't come in time now, I want to cancel my order.

I called their number and told them I would like to cancel my order since the shipping would take longer than expected and they gave me the wrong information. They told me that they would have someone call me back. Still waiting. I've been on hold with their chat for while now. I understand its the holidays and things happen. Not upset about that. Just upset about the response time and given the wrong deliver time.

I warn potential customers to consider not buying from this merchant during this time of the year. Based on other reviews, they seem legit, but I guess I'm just falling through the cracks

Follow-Up: So finally heard back from Bitcoin Merch and they accepted responsibility and refunded my money and offered up a nerd miner for the inconvenience. I appreciate the fact they finally accepted responsibility and refunded my money. I would rate 5 stars, but timing of response wasn't up to my expectations. I understand its the holiday season and they are likely busy. I know they want to do the right thing. Who knows. Maybe I will be back one day to get the Bitaxe Gamma.
